My favorite coffee! I don't know how they make it, but it tastes sooo much better than other coffee places. The breakfast is great too and servers are always friendly.

My kids had pancakes- one chocolate chip one m&m, and I had the chicken fried steak. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes were great. They serve the best coffee- Farmer Brothers. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was pleasant and patient with my kids, who can never make up their minds. I will definitely be back.

Stopped here while on the road home from Minnesota. What a gem of a restaurant. I had the eggs benedict and my niece had the rancho rellonos for breakfast. Both dishes were amazing and delicious. Our lovely server was quick and accurate with our orders. Will definitely be back.

Had a Mexican omelette. Was huge!! The eggs were super fresh and so fluffy! Hash browns were hot and crispy. They have several types of homemade breads that were really good too. You can also buy pasties, breads and eggs there to take home.

We love this lovely restaurant. This is our go-to place for breakfast in Danbury. Everything we have tried has been great and the employees are so nice! I love the 5 egg omelette with sausage or ham, my wife loves the any of the Mexican style breakfast options, and my kids love the plate size pancakes. The coffee is tasty too.

Service was bad! Waitress didn’t know specials, forgot drinks, we would ask a question and she would leave. Ordered the prime rib. Not good! Rough and over done. Potato over cooked. Sat outside. Lots of local drunks. Loud!

WOW, The steak was so tender, It almost melted in my mouth! My wife had biscuits and gravy. Tender biscuit and great gravy, not too peppery, for her. Excellent breakfast and lunch restaurant, the best food we have had in a while, eating out. Nice, clean atmosphere. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. Definitely worth a stop, in Danbury. Delicious, homemade food, made to order and with generous helpings. A full menu of typical Northwoods fare (meat and potatoes, fish fry), as well as a full menu of bona fide Mexican cuisine. I ordered the Bistec con huevos mexicana; YUM. Good spice and flavor; if spice isn't for you, you can sub green pepper for the jalapenos. PLUS, all the bakery items were fresh and eye candy; will return to Amelia's!

Had a delicious breakfast with my sisters at Amelia’s. Staff is very friendly. Bread and cookies are out of this world. Service was excellent. Will stop in again our next visit to the casino.

We're locals and we tend to frequent some of the restaurants in the area more than others. That's the case with Amelia's. When we are headed out for breakfast it is usually one of our first choices.They have great menu choices ( I like the brandy french toast!) good service and reasonable prices. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Went into Danbury for breakfast at Amelia's last week...yummy. We were with the in-laws and everyone enjoyed their breakfast & the great service. Also they do have some really good coffee drinks too.

I was thrown off by decor when I first came in, BUT do not let that deter you!! AMAZING food! Good prices. Their homemade chips are delicious. Service is friendly and welcoming. Judson was our server, very friendly. Burgers are great, choices are great and really good coffee. We will be making this a permanent destination when we are in Danbury. :)

Amelia's is THE place to get breakfast in Danbury. Portions are HUGE - you will not leave hungry (5-6 egg omelets!). Most importantly, it tastes AMAZING! I strongly recommend Amelia's.

Wonderful little place with a large lunch and all-hours breakfast menu which includes American style items as well as many Mexican style items. The service is fast and friendly, the coffee hot and delicious, and all three of us loved our breakfasts (Chorizo Plate, Eggs Benedict, and Huevos a la Mexicana).
